By accessing or using Dime.Sheets, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.
Dime.Sheets is a cloud-based time tracking and project management platform. We provide the service on a subscription basis with multiple pricing tiers, including a free tier with limited features.

You retain all rights to the data you enter into Dime.Sheets. We do not claim ownership of your time entries, projects, or any other content you create. You can export your data at any time.
We aim to maintain 99.9% uptime for the Dime.Sheets platform. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control, including internet outages and third-party service failures.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Prices are per user per month. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Data is retained for 30 days after the subscription ends, after which it is permanently deleted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dime Software shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Belgium.
